Service Manager
As a Service Manager you will have full responsibility for the delivery of IT services. You will work together with our business organisation and our vendors to create business value. To do this, you will secure the competence and capabilities that are needed – both now and in the future. You will lead, inspire and develop your team and your matrix organisation.

Your role is important, as a leader in a time of great changes, where the pace of change is accelerating and the expectations from IKEA on delivered business value are high. You will be an important member of a flexible and highly motivated management team.

Is your passion to find ways to deliver excellent IT service in the most cost-efficient way? Do you have an excellent understanding of business and the ability to see the big picture? If you also have high levels of motivation and integrity, you could very well be the person we are looking for.

We believe that you have:
• Experience working in a leadership role and preferably from a global IT business environment.
• Experience from working in a sourced IT environment.
• Understanding of how IT adds business value.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Good track record of achieving results.

You are interested in IT and have the desire and capability to maximize the value and efficiency of IT services. You are committed to your goals and enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
